Title: Propagation
Post by: budgiebreeder on June 27, 2004, 08:17:06
When rooting plants in water put cling-film across the top of the receptacle first helps keep them in place. This came from growing basil on but thought i had better put it in here.

That does sound a goot tip, BB will save them flopping and maybe even submerging.  I am thick tho, at first I thought you meant put the cuttings in deep container, then put cling film across over the top of them, but I realise you mean poke a hole in the film!!  I need picture books I tell you  :-[  ::)
