Now...how are we? Well, Tim has found the colander of his dreams, I put some bad jokes in the Watershed, slugs and snails are still a problem, Tesco's pointy red peppers produce brill seed to keep, Kenkew is planning world domination and taking over the photo comp and Jeannine is busy at work.

I've actually been knitting whilst the internet was down. Strange items that I didn't follow a pattern for. Scarves that turned into hats that turned into bags etc.

I've been reading as well ... BOOKS! You remember those things? Made out of paper with written words in them and no 'search/home' button at the top/bottom of the page ;D

Mostly paleantology books (my visit to Whitby went to my head ::) )

And congratulations Georgie! Just seen her thread ;D

I haven't actually been down to the allotment all that much over the past few weeks so I haven't had tha latest gossip from the 'sages' ;D

I'm sure there will be some sort of scandal to retell the next time I'm up there though!

It's getting dangerously near to the time of year when Ahmed lights his wood-burning stove in the shed and it reaches temperatures of 100 degrees (pineapple heaven!) and you can't leave for 3hrs due to a near coma state!

What with the heat and Dario's damson wine it all makes for a very pleasant experience!
