Title: mildew on peas
Post by: xqbgal on September 20, 2007, 23:37:46
I have mildew on my peas, I have read an old post on hear that suggests spraying with diluted milk. Has anyone tried this and if so, how much milk did you use per litre of water?

Aha!  Now I was watching an old Gardeners World the other day and Alan Titchmarsh said 15 parts water to 1 part milk!

Yay!  I helped!

I've tried everything, and find that you can slow it down, but you can't get rid of it! you can also try bicarb, tea tree or neem to slow it down..........

Hi, thanks for your replies, I will try the milk thing and hope that at least it slows it down a bit cos the pods are now forming so theres a few weeks to go before harvest and I don't want to lose them. Thanks again .
