Title: Do all your best ideas come to you at night?
Post by: tim on September 18, 2007, 10:21:34
I fill pages. But my 'Nightwriter' pen failed recently.

Did a search yesterday & found exactly what I want. Arrived this am!!

Yes, and normally I lie awake for hours as my brain thinks of every little nuance to do with the situation!!!  >:(

I wouldn't need the pen, but that flashing brolly looks rather dashing!

It's just that nuancing that I try to avoid - so that I can get to sleep again!

The brolly - against meteor showers?

When I did a creative writing course (I can write competently, was what my grade said), we were encouraged to keep a notebook and pen on the bedside table. One exercise was to write whatever was in your head when you woke up, as if trying to capture dreams onto paper.

Which reminds me, I haven't been doing much creative writing. That story I had in my head 2  years ago asking you lot for help in disposal of a body on the plot - lime, shredder, etc. still hasn't been written.
