Title: French gardening website (in English)
Post by: dandelion on September 15, 2007, 18:28:10
I discovered this site while googlingg for the Lautrec garlic I bought from a visiting French market. It has a section on vegetable gardening, as well as sections on French gardens and recipes.

Great site dent de lion - just what I need - another site to make my choices even more difficult.  Shall enjoy browsing.

It is an unusual site I had a look at their online shop where they claim to be a french business & talk about french postal rates but then go on to say no orders can be shipped in the European Union they can only ship items within the US & Canada & if you look at the contact information it says they are based in Indianapolis.
It makes you wonder how French the site really is.

Large areas were "French" until they sold it in the Louisiana Purchase...

Why would a 'real' French site be in English? they wouldn't call it 'French Gardening either; does anyone describe what they do as 'English' (or Scots, Welsh, Irish, Belgian, or whatever) gardening?
