on our allotment site we have a gardeners guild been going for about 30 years or more. they get there seeds from Kings seeds and results are good if any one interested go to www.Kingsseed.com. ;)
I placed a order with Kings Seeds last year under the NSALG scheme which I am a member. The seeds I received didn't even come close to the order I placed. Instead of 4 types of Cabbage I had 4 types of Cauliflower the wrong kidney beans, also peas in fact the seeds I received bore no resemblance to the order I placed. So this year Im going to Wilkos
I've used Kings (and Suffolk Herbs - same company) No complaints - it and Real Seeds are my main online suppliers.
on our site we use sutton seeds ,we can get 40% off if we order enough.
OH dear, I just clicked on the King Seeds link and said the site was no longer available ???

I've just done a quick search of the whois database and that web link belongs to a firm in Canada.

We use Kings on our allotment site and I've not experienced a problem in three season's orders, and their tats and seeds have always performed ;D Our lady that runs the plots gives everyone a catalogue and a form (if you want it) and everything arrives in January. No probs ordering on line either - all my winter lettucy stuff arrived within a few days.
I rate them highly as well
i,v bought king seeds through the allotment for years on the whole they have been good . had nil germination with spring onions one year and they sent me a replacment

Online prices direct from the website as an individual, are a lot more costly than through your allotment association. I just compared the prices as we have just received this years catalogue.
Example:- Enorma runner beans on the catalogue (through the association) are £1.00, but online they are £1.69 (Same pack size). Mind you that's still cheap 'cos the ones we got in Wyvale's 50p sale were marked £2.45.
Our association secretary won't allow ordering of spuds but other than that it seems OK. (I'd guess he doesn't want a houseful of seed spuds when the order is delivered) This year he's given an extra month to get our orders in too.
My order this year comes to £42. Including all the onion sets, shallots etc., so I'm hoping they'll all be OK.
Our Allotment Assoc buys seeds from Kings. No complaints.
