I was checking the trees when I was walking across the park to the lottie and there seems to be quite a few leaves on the ground already, I've got my bags and rake on the ready.  ;D ;D ;D

I have last year's leaves still in black bags. Might go and look tomorrow and see if they are ready.
I have sourced out some bigger and stronger bags for this year's leaf harvest.  ;D

when I went to the lottie on Sunday afternoon, it was quite windy and the roads were covered in leaves.  Guess autumn is well on its way.  The mornings are getting a distinctly frosty feeling about them too.

I suppose it had to happen, I really don't want to go into Winter.

The nights are starting to draw in now too.

Walking across our park this morning, I noticed that one of the huge horsechestnut trees was turning colour - but only on the side facing east. Peculiar!
