I have been given loads of crab apples - the first batch are on for jelly - any ideas, anyone for other recipes or for adding other ingredients to the crab apples for a flavoured jelly?
Blackberries, of course, either as jelly or jam.
You can also use herb to make a jelly to go with meat. Rosemary works well, as does thyme.
