Title: Freezing Sweetcorn
Post by: silverbirch on August 25, 2007, 12:27:23
I'm hoping there will be something in the sweetcorns this year, and as usual there will probably be a glut.  We've not got space in the freezer to keep them whole, and I've never had great success in stripping off the kernels.

Anyone got any tips?

Cheers

I am sure somewhere over here I have seen a Sweetcorn Stripper! :o
But googling I could only find this

I like Tim use a sharp knife, but that looks a great gadget!
