yum! I just used some chard instead of spinach in some gnocchi and they were really delicious :) Have to grow some myself next year.
Jamie Oliver cooked some on the bbq last week - made a foli parcel with lemon juice, olive oil, and seasoning, chucked the squeezed lemons in for good measure and put on bbq for 5 mins. Looked loverly :P
