Title: Baked Pattypan Squash
Post by: Emagggie on August 18, 2007, 13:22:22
I didn't realise these were meant to be eaten small, so we ate it anyway and it was delicious.
I microwaved it 5mins, turning it over and 5mins again, sliced it's top off, gouged out the innards (nicely softish due to microwaving) mixed together with a chuck-it-all-in ;D precooked meat mixture, popped the top on and baked it for 3/4 hr, topping with sliced cheese for the last 10mins. Bearded Wonder when told what was for supper had said "not for me thankyou", I forced him to try it and even he came back for seconds. :o ;D
