Should I mulch up my sprouts and PSB for the winter?  Or should I leave well alone?

Took me a little while to work it out, PURPLE SPROUTING BROCCOLI

Sophie, if you do mulch them (with soil) make sure you tread it down tight. Though I have never mulched them (but we are on heavy clay soil).
