Hello,

my caulis are coming on nicely, but I was wondering what would be the best size to cut them at.

Any ideas?

Depends on the variety. Some are small - little larger than tennisball size, others are 3-4 times larger. (Show varieties excluded).

Some of mine are the size between a tennis ball and football, so I think I will pick one for tea tomorrow.
