I am not to sure but how long do pickled onions last, i made some a year ago and need to know if they are still fine to eat ?

try one as far as i have ever found they start going soft as opposed to anything else so give one a go for texture and flavour

They last as long as they are still crunchy.  Once they've gone soggy, sling em.
