I know i was waiting for them to ripen but this is ridiculous..lovely, though  ;D

Not quite that many... and a few less now my friends 2 yr old has spotted them!

that's only about 1/8th of them..they've now been given out to friends and family  ;D

cool! we have two discovery trees, I spent yesterday afternoon cooking apple sauce and apple crumble base, all in the freezer now but still loads on the trees. will you be preserving any of them?

shhhh!!, I've been doing about 5lb per day, cooking them down and freezing them, also, some are getting just chopped up for apple juice...my hands are dropping off  ;D
still, my daughter's coming tonight, i can palm today's off on them  ;D

Just remember that once they are off the tree, they start to deteriorate very quickly and lose both texture and taste.

yep..we're passing them around like mad, we're off to cornwall on friday for 2 weeks and they'll all be off while we're away..we have lots of rellies and friends  ;D

I juice them if there is a glut, The bottles are easier to store and last longer.
