Agreed, but it fairs perfectly well in semi shade too in my experience.

Good, I have always planted mine in the grass garden, which gets loads of sun. I will try a few in the shae next year.
If anybody is interested in this plant get some seed from Georgie and plant them amongst some bronze grasses next year, for a really hot looking spot.

Here's mine in my shady corner. They are very versatile and go well with a number of plants. As Ace says, they certainly 'add heat'. :) G x
