I'm not very good with these as they never cook for me when I stuff them but they are overgrown courgettes if there is a difference. Well tomorrow i'm trying again with pork mince and a real marrow any suggestions for a good recipe?

I tend to grate mine and add egg and flour and other veg and make burger shapes - yumm
