TrailRat
Looks tops trailrat, but lots of work :D
Good luck with it all. What are you planning on growing?
Can I suggest though that next time you use msn groups for photos, that you resize them a little when you upload? ;)
crikey. that's a lot of grass. 1st step invest in 'the lazy kitchen gardener' by john yeoman - it goes on about turning a pasture into a vegetable garden!
good luck and it looks like a lovely location!
Sorry about the size of the photo's for starters.
Secondly in answer to your question, I hope to grow all the usual things like carrots, onions, cabbage, lettuce etc. In addition to these I hope to grow sweetcorn, sunflowers, blueberries and a few other crops. I have a mill and press that is small enough yet usuable for processing sunflowers for their oil or wheat for its flour, but have yet undecided on the wheat thing yet. I also plan to have a herb patch as I am very much into using herbs as medicines and I am currently buying medicanal herbs from the local chinese which costs a lot. Also a few well selected apple trees. I know I plan a lot but first I have to see the size of the plot of land I'll get. I've also been told that because of a lot of site space available I can ask for more poles ??? . I would also like to keep hens for their eggs and fertilizer. But again I shall have to see what I get first.

Sorry T.R but I can only see the little red crosses. Shame.
