Title: Courgette Recipe Help

there was a ricipe for marinated courgettes with parmesan posted a few days ago, and I can't find it. Could someone point me in the right direction.

Obviously as it's courgettes, it's a bit Urgent  :D

Think it might have been my courgette carpaccio recipe RT.

Thinly slice courgettes, a mandoline is great if you have one!
Layer on a shallow plate, like fish scales.
Drizzle with lemon juice or balsamic and olive oil.
Give it a good grinding of pepper, shave parmesan over the top .
As it sits the cougette "cooks" in the lemon juice/vinegar.
