hello, making raspberry brulees, but got 4 egg whites left over - what can I make (and how) with them ?

raspberry pavlova??? :P :P If you keep the meringue in an airtight tin I believe it keeps for a while.

You can always freeze left over egg white to use later for merangues or whatever.
