Title: leaf mould?
Post by: lottiewood on July 13, 2007, 09:55:13
Hi all, I'm new to this site...and new to allotmanteering!! We took a 150sq meter plot at the end of april. It was about 4 ft high with nettles, couch grass, old bikes..a car engine?!. We have managed to clear most, and have 7 raised beds so far. As we are complete novices, we are quite proud!! I have a question that may show how much of a novice we both are!!..We have a tree on our plot, which is leaving half the plot in shade, we are thinning it out, Iwant to use the leaves to make a leaf mould. Can i put them in green or wait till theu are dead? :-[
