Mmmmmm  :P :P :P :P :P   Us too.  The courgettes are producing like mad. The neighbours run inside and lock their doors when they see me coming back from the lottie armed with courgettes.  ;D ;D  Wish I could say the same for the carrots. Nice crop, but not enough of it.  :(    And as for the spuds ...  we're keeping our fingers crossed for the main crop, and if the earlies are anything to go by we should have a decent harvest.  As long as the dreaded blight stays away.

snap!  So what are you going to make with it all?  I am going to do a spanish omelet type thing with spuds and courgettes.  MMMMMM!

Small courgettes sliced and garlic fried in extra vergine olive oil and mixed with pasta is lovely.
