What is this plant is it a weed or is it a nice flower.

We just cant tell, any views always appreciated guys picture is in the link below and is the plant on the right  ;D

The first one looks a bit like evening primrose, but I have no idea what the second one is.

I looked and feel like I should know.  I will keep looking at it will come to me at about 3.30am and I will have to drag myself out of bed and write it down!

my first reaction was that pic on the right looks like spinach too (gone to seed)
