Title: After the the broad bean harvest.

When I've finished harvesting the the broad beans, should I pull them up, or will they still add nitrogen nodules to the soil.

I have cut mine down to ground level then put in Tundra cabbage, did the same last year and got a good crop. :)

If you cut them down close to the soil they will sprout new shoots and yoiu could well get another small crop.  Alternatively, just cut them down, dig the roots in and compost the tops
