Title: Mutant runner beans

Of my latest batch of runner bean seeds two have come up with small, misshapen leaves, all twisted in on themselves. Any ideas?  ???

It happens to me, i just plant out as normal, they must be ok as i don't remember anything bad happening about the beans they produced. :)

yes, ours did the same, and the barlottos..don't know why but they're growing ok outside now  :)

I think they go like this if you plant them upside down,or pull the seed cases off when they pop up !!

I've read about your type of gardener, the type who go around torturing seeds getting some kind of sick pleasure in deformed leaves and then posting pictures  ;D
