This dark, north-east facing corner of my garden needed something to lift it. After a couple of years of experimenting I think it's getting there. It's crammed full as you can see. ;D G x

Just great!
Georgie you're a magician. Lovely! What's the red stuff?
ETA: Lychnis! Just read your other post.
I've got a north facing garden with big trees all around so always looking for pretty shade lovers. Is this easy to grow? (flowers hate me)
Thanks Tim. :)
Hi Pye. Yes it is Lychnis Arkwrightii Vesuvius: bit of a mouthful but a real find. ;D It's more of a shocking orange than red really but it can look red in certain lights. I bought the plants last year and they seem easy enough. They can be a bit floppy so I support them wiv a few twiggy sticks. They set seed so I'd be happy to send you some to try if you like?

Lovely Georgie ;D
Shocking orange = even better!
Thanks Georgie, that would be great. :)
Thanks Trixie. :)
Right oh, Pye. PM your details and I'll pop some seeds in the post when they are ready, which will probably be in a couple of months.

Getting there Georgie? Looks fabulous. ;D
Thanks. ;) Well the thing is Emmy that I want to squeeze in some Silene 'Jack Flash'. I've got three plants I've grown from seed this year but they are taking an age to develop. At this rate I don't think they will flower this year. :(
