I don't even know how to insert a quote which would be useful.
I have only just recently learned how to do smileys, and most times if anyone tries to explain it , I don't get it.

Go to the url what i put on and put your curser at the end of it left click it will turn blue move your curser along right to left slowly till you get to the other end. Right click then left click Copy. go to your e-mail box then right click a box opens left click paist.

Just left click and run your arrow along it till it all Just the url turns blue right click and left click copy.

You should have along your toolbar an envelope that is your e-mail open it you dont need to move of here

Can't find it, I have scrolled everything and no e mail thingy came up. I have learned one thing though.I have tried to follow instructions on copy loads of times and never been able to do it cos it changes when I go to the right click bit,but I have just found out that if I stay in the blue bit and right click the copy option comes up, so well done to you XX Jeannine

Yes,I have got it, but am still figuring it out. I got the blog thing too but I haven't put anything in it yet, and I still need to get it on the site when I do.

I had 2 very patient folks walked me through that, they are probably still pulling their hair out.

I will try to remember to ask the IT tech at work tomorrow if he has time.

Thank you for the help, you have done good,I am a nit further on, but I really am useless with these things.

jeannine i get confused with the copy paste thing but there is more than 1 way to skin a cat i got it on my screen L/clicked file R/cl "save as "and i keep it in documents so i can forward it as a attachment
