It is one of the variegated forms of Euonymous fortunei, probably Silver Queen. Good ground cover in semi-shaded spot.
Or is it a variegated periwinkle. Does it look like it spreads ? Good cover under trees for instance. There's vinca major, tho there's the more delicate one Vinca minor

Thanks for the replies i think rhubarb thrasher is right it's a Vina major it's in my way so it's off to the bin or freecycle it i decide it's future in the morning sentacing starts at 9am.
