Does not look like my golden rod, more like a plant I have got it has blue/lilic flowers in spikes dont know the name but it does self seed. Seen it for sale on ebay last year will have a look see if its still around.
I have it on my plot too. Don't know what it is. It's quite pretty though so some of it is staying (for now - we'll see how it behaves.)
Some sort of 'spurge' maybe? (Euphorbia) I have mole spurge growing wild in the garden and it does look similar.
interesting, will check it out when it flowers
Would like to see a further picture when it is in flower.
will check on it on the weekend and see what it flowers too
Thank you. I am quite intrigued by the plant.
looks a bit like Rosebay Willowherb, but it's hard to tell. That's 110% weed
Can't remember the name....but it's a weed. Even got one growing in the garden now. Must deal with it tomorrow. Very small white/yellow flowers. Not very well rooted and easy to deal with but does self seed pretty easily. Get it out before the flowers seed.
Toadflax. Could it be toadflax? I bet it is. Google the images.
Reckon EJ has hit it spot on. My vote's for toadflax too.
defo looks like that doesnt it, shame it looks nice, but its a weed, i'll let it grow until it flowers i think
Some weeds are just so nice, it is worth leaving them (exception made to bindweed which does have pretty flowers but which is definitely Satan's own plant). I have a common mallow

growing up the back of my compost bin and the foliage is so rich and the flowers so pretty that I have left it be.
I am also a fan of wild pansies that I move to the flower beds where they seem to grow better than anything else!
and went down and the flowers are ....... blue will take photo on sunday
Blue flowers.....hmmm...you sure it isn't toadflax? Or what about Veronica? Curiouser and curiouser.
Does it look like this?
Be gratefull if someone could tell me what it is?
thats the stuff, i think pic will be up tommorow
Toadflax! In a purple form. I have it in my garden and I love it. Seeds all over, forms a goodly clump.
Sound right?

Bee's love it,
I love it in my garden and grew it on purpose. It looks fab for so long, and doesn't mind being in the shade, full sun, or totally forgotten about!
Isn't this also known as aconite or monkshood. I have a purple one in my garden and a light pink one? ???
We have that as well Teresa... have found out what it is but at the moment can't remember...

I found this on ebay
