I planted a few bulbs in last Autumn and a few in early spring.
Should I lift them?

Also, should I do anything with other bulbs like crocuses or tulips?

I don't lift any bulbs. Most of them flourish. There might be some point with tulips; from what I know of them, they like drought in summer.
