Yummy BB, I have just lovingly picked out all of the almonds from my Chrissy nut selection, and had plenty so have ground them up and made my brandy butter. Yum!  I was a touch heavy handed with the brandy (ahem) so needed a touch more icing sugar, but it is delish!  Sod the mince pies, just the brandy butter, a spoon, and a roaring fire!  (ha, and Ava in his Christmas suit  ;))
