Title: Cucumber varieties
Post by: Tin Shed on May 25, 2007, 17:34:22
I am growing two different varieties of cucumber - Chinese Slangen and Konsa, a F1hybrid. Do I have to grow them way apart to stop cross fertilization or can they be grown next to each other?

My different ones are side by side but I don't keep the seeds, pollination is the same as in squash it won't affect the taste on this years fruit but your seeds won't be true.XX Jeannine
