Title: My poor 2 orange trees

Another question! we have lots of orange trees in the garden all looking healthy, but two which have yellowing leaves and seem to be dying  :'( no sign of pests, can't understand it! any ideas?? I may post this on to an American site too see what they say...............

Are they in pots? Oranges are strange in that they do not like getting too wet and prefer to get quite dry before watering, maybe you watered too much. You might like to look for vine weavil grubs as they can cause underground problems.
I have an orange tree that I grew from a pip that I got from an orange in a souk in Morocco in 1995. It has been outside ever since here on the Mersey Riviera, but alas no fruit or even blossom.

Thanks for the reply, all 80 or so orange trees are in the ground, and all doing well keeping us in juice 4 months of the year, but just 2 trees are ill! wierd  :-[

Perhaps it might be a thing you should ask people in your area, might be something in the ground locally that is the problem!
