I'm sure you don't wish to, but it's the b****y 'wine flies' that arrive as soon as |I pour my first Scotch, & waft around all evening. Just too fast to swat!

Only option is to let them settle on the glass, bash them in & scoop them out!!

But it's still better than living in warmer climes?
