HI Tim,
Yes we have the same forcast here for heavy rain and thunder etc starting friday.
I am hoping that i can get all my seedlings up to the allotment by then so that I can get the next lot started in the mini greenhouse and loads more weeding done. Then have the weekend away from the plot knowing that its going to be watered for me ;D

Anyone would think its a bank holiday weekend....
I'll just have to stay indoors and eat my strawberries, still the tomatoes, beans and courgettes will be well watered in and my early potatoes should get the final bit of bulking with that rain, hurrah!
omg we are going camping 28th may don't need rain lol
The rain will wander around, as will the temps but Metcheck had a -1 for us on the 30th May... it may not happen but it is not going to be warm enough for corn/squash. As we have a plant sale on 4th June part of me wants a late frost to kill off peoples plants so they come and buy some more...
:-X
Wicked!
Yes - we had the frost warning but, thankfully, none.
Yep - it was 22C here today, night-time temperatures forecast for 10C with a high tomorrow of 22C and Thursday 25C. To me that sounds like nearly summer - here in the west country :P.
There has been no appreciable rainfall here since the night of 11/12 May, so I'm hoping that the weekend will bring us a little.
