Title: Are my redcurrants o.k.?

Some of the leaves on my redcurrants are going reddish(only way to describe it) Is this an infection or infestion?Only i have never had this before on the bushes and they are about 4 years old.
    P.S.
    Some of the fruit is ripening already, bit early is`nt it?

Hi Gordon,

Are the areas raised and crinkly?

Take a look underneath the red areas you may find lots of aphids.

Mine as well, much worse this year than normal... Blister Aphids.
I pick off as many affected shoots as possible.
