Title: Fisrt Peas
Post by: allaboutliverpool on May 18, 2007, 07:31:53
(http://www.allaboutliverpool.com/allpeas_bowl_2007.jpg)

This was my first pulling of peas for 2007 last night, with strawberries for dessert.

Global warming is OK for me.

Dear Rutters

If you look at

you will see how I did it. I intend to see how late in the year I can pull peas by successive plantings, the trouble is that as the shorter days arrive, they just seem to stop growing, (about Ocotober). Has anyone else had late success and if so, which variety?
