Can you afford the extra inch on your whatever??
DEAR Nigella.
Enjoy a good drool!
I should, of course, have shown the Sevilles, out of the freezer, heavily frosted.
yum ! :P
Drool! :P
Shouldn't pornographic pictures like this be in the Watershed?
Now, that just isn't fair, it looks so lovely ;D :P
It IS!!
I want some. NOW. ;D
I have tried that recipe and can verify that it is really, really, really nice :D
But DO get it out of the freezer well before needed.
I want to taste it so badly !! :P :P
What is it?
???
It's just got to be Nigella's Seville Orange Ice Cream! Hasn't it? And I bought an extra batch of Sevilles just on your recommendation Tim - and I haven't got round to using them!
So many things to do.... Only 48 hours in the day....
Another job for tomorrow.
(Looks lovely, though.)
Tim,
Do you use an ice-cream maker or is it done by hand?
:P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P
Debs - I used to use a whisk but I find it easier to use a hand-held mixer these days.
The joy of it is there's no taking it out of the fridge & beating again.
Well looks like this is one that MUST be tried :P
and as I happen to have some tinned seville lemons, I think I shall make
some tangy refreshing lemon variety.
Will let you know how it turns out...
Debs x
But add some fresh zest?
....and i happen to have some in the freezer ;)

Grate them WHILE FROZEN!!
Have to try this!!! Is it really a Nigella recipe? Which book?
Just Google it!
...and the verdict?
Adults= yum
Children= "hmm"... to ... "different" ... to "blaaah" (spat into nearby sink)
...ages from 10, 8, and 6 yrs
Debs ;D
Too strong for them? All the more for us!!
Our young ones love it.
