Title: radishes and slugs
Post by: dandelion on May 15, 2007, 14:34:00
All my French Breakfast radishes have been nibbled by slugs  :'(.  The Icicle radishes harvested last week were unaffected.

Is this simply because of the weather? Or do  some radishes taste better than others if you're a slug?

They are having a bit of a go at my Scarlet Globe :(. I think its the weather. Or very tasty radish because they aren't touching the mixed salad leaves next to them ???

Well if I had a choice I would eat all the French Breakfast radishes and compost the Icicle radishes but please don't call me a slug. :P French Breakfast is still one of the best in my opinion.
