Taken up residence on the wisteria - any ideas please?

The words 'puss moth' sprang to mind - but I've no idea why! ??? I do think it's a moth, though and it looks as if it's getting ready to pupate. Interesting to watch - and you might even get to see what eventually emerges! :)
Will have a look in daylight Grandma, but lots of new growth has appeared so might be a problem finding it again.
BTW lovely acceptance speech! ;D
If you can find it again compare it with the Privet Hawk moth although it does appear to be missing some of the features. Looks like one of the Hawk moth family but not sure which one.
Not Puss Moth, but i'm stumped; a closer pic would help. It does look like one of the hawk moths.
