Title: Lawn Drought Master
Post by: Slug_killer on May 10, 2007, 23:32:53
Was in Tesco this evening and came across this Lawn Drought Master stuff.

Is it just a liquid feed for lawns ? or is it anything special ?

It doesn't have any chemical info on the label, just "This product contains Plant Impact Technology" - whatever that means !

Plant Impact Technology is a company that make products which are said to enhance plant growth etc. See: http://www.plantimpact.com/piproducts/speedokn/speedokn.html
They appear to sell their technology to manufacturers to incorporate in other products.

Droughtmaster appears to be an amenity lawn seed mix that is tolerant to drought, marketed by a company called DLF Trifolium under the name PRO 29 Droughtmaster. See: http://www.dlf.co.uk/Amenity_Seed/ProRange/ProLandscape.aspx#Pro_29

There doesn't appear to be a liquid feed under this name.

"Impact Technology" means "hit it with a hammer" to me, does not sound very healthy!

;)
