My broad beans were being attacked by the pea & bean weevil 3 weeks ago..they look like they are surviving this, but i've now noticed they have black fly and they aren't big enough to nip the tops off..what do i do?

My radishes, cabbages, broccoli are being attacked by the flea beetle now as well.....i garden organically..where are all the predators?...I'm fed up!
