Title: main potatoes

is it too late to plant main crop potatoes? and also whats the minimum space required to plant a row? I'm trying to squeeze some in now that i have read how tasty they are compared to shop bought potatoes

Hi,
I still have main crop potatoes to plant, last year I was really late as I didn’t get my plot till late March so didn’t plant any potatoes till mid May. My planting distances are 2ft between tubers and 2ft between rows.
