Title: Floppy tom's
Post by: OliveOil on April 24, 2007, 20:23:46
I am growing several varieties of tomatos but my Orange Banana Tomatos are a bit floppy - especially the top leaf.  Most are still in 3" pots and are about 5" tall but i have 4 orange bananas in their final pots - grown to around 8" and they are as floppy as the ones in the 3" - the other varieties arent affected.

Is it just this variety??? or do i have a problem looming?

Don't think too much heat - though maybe... They are in unheated plastic walk in green house that doesnt cook like the tiered plastic ones... maybe i should put them outside in the day time out of the sun.

Don't know the variety OO but probably been a bit warm for them... have they perked up or have you not had the cloud and rain?
