I have been nurturing them and finally they are begining to reach for the sky, they should get to huge heights. One of them was damaged by the frost, and it has flowered prematurely.

- playing God(dess) with the aquilegias!! Maybe if my double frilly aquilegias ever reach maturity I'll be able to do that next year. Still no sign of the blues germinating but the pinks are ready for potting on.
think I just might have room for another shrubby bush - ceanothos looks great.

Absolutely beautiful EJ :) Green with envy at the ceanothus. Never been successful in growing them :( Particularly like the chinese foxglove - what a stunning flower.
