I know a lot of you do 'sprouts' but are these sprouts or seedlings?
I liked the idea of celery seedlings - thought they would be great in an egg sarnie. Same with coriander which bolts for me instantly. If I grew it like that a week or 10 days before I needed it....nothing like planning ahead, then I should have a crop of baby leaves. Thing is, you need lots of seeds to make it worthwhile.
