Title: More winter gardening info needed please
Post by: Jeannine on April 20, 2007, 23:18:15
I have now managed to get quite a good stash of seeds for winter gardening and need help on the PSB

I have.

Summer PSB

Extra Early PSB                  here is where I am confused
Early PSB
Late PSB

Is there much difference in the sowing/harvesting times.Should I sow all 3 of the above plus the 2 below too or just some.

plus Claret and Bordeux and the WSB

and 9 star perennial

Thank you Jeannine XX

I would just two of the top... ea pSB and Late PSB and then 9* which is later than both... if you are growing a winter Cauli like Purple Cape you should have stuff from Jan to May...
;D

I would just do the early, unless you want another choice of veg over Xmas, in which case the Extra early might come up with the goods..

But remember that PSB is not a `winter` crop-by sowing early and late types you can get a crop from around March through to late April.

Mind you up where you live Winter ends in June ;D
