Our first asparagus this year in a delicious vegetable risotto. Normally, OH uses stock from joint at w/e but today only lemon, white wine and water. It was delicious :P
Mmm that one looks good, I have some arborio rice, I might give that a try at the weekend.
I see you cook in the same casseroles as I do,Le Creuset perhaps, even the colour is the same, it could have been sitting in my kitchen,and the Willow is similar to my Spode in the background.
