Title: Jerusalem Artichoke recipe please
Post by: OliveOil on April 09, 2007, 12:52:27
We went to Cambridge yesterday and there was a lovely hippy style organic veg stall in the market. I managed to grab the last 1kg of JA's and as they were so smal he only charged me 80p... will grow some but would liek to cook the rest today!

What do i do with them? I've never had them before... and we are having a bbq today.

I expect it's a bit late for your BBQ Olive, but I'd be interested in ant recipes as well :)

Add a bit of asafoetida when cooking. It smells a bit but that quickly disappears and for most people it will reduce unwanted side effects ;D
