Really kills your back!!
what an action shot
- but what do they only make 4 ladies?
Don't tie it so tight, Tim. Or perhaps you could try wearing a button-through one - or even a tabard. They're still 'only made for ladies' but at least they don't tie at the back.) ;D ;D ;D ;D
Left myself wide open there!
Meant, of course, the b****y handles on the machine!. Not designed for 6'4"!!
The apron? A real one. Ties at the front. Not the usual gardening garb. Just left the washing up to do a quick dig.
Washing up Tim tut tut womens job..............think I will go and hide ;D ;D
I think that little 'digger upper' wants a go. :)
Just left the washing up to do a quick dig.
You're even acting like a woman now Tim ;D
And I hear stilletoes make wonderful lawn aerators...
;D
;D ;D ;D
Aerators? Must hold a party on the lawn?
Washing up? Even the kitchen sink is too low for me.
Handles? The Mountfield is much easier - & they swing from side to side.
Must admit Tim I do like a modern man !!! X X

Tim the kitchen sink is too low for me now, it was the perfect height when I was younger XX Jeannine
Sorry, Kitten - spoken for!!
I have the opposite problem. My beef is 'why do they always make things for grown ups?'
I am only 4' 10". LOL!!!!

Oooh I am so with you there - but have another inch!!!
Louise
Me too. 5' nowt. Would have arms over my head trying to push that thing Tim!
Love the pinny. Very dashing. :)
Now that's a first - a man who can multi-skill ;) ;D
Jitterbug
Me, too, Cacran - and to think I was a towering 5' 1½" in my youth. ;D I can't even get a walking stick that fits! ;)
Sounds as though there are a lot of little folk out there!!!!

Really kills your back!!
Tim
how much too short are the handles as i may have something that could help
Tim
Not so much short as high, Tim. 6" at least. Any longer & one would have difficulty controlling the doing bit?
Should be like the Mountfield - up & down, side to side!
But do tell me??
i'll get a photo of a mod i did for some one on our site at the weekend, basically it was a set of handles that clamped onto the down tubes of the existing ones and relocated the hand grips,
the clutch was controlled by a linkage to the original.
Yes - I wondered about the clutch/accelerator linkage. Another piece of string??
..... bicycle brake lever and linkage?
Who - me??
